Shooting these creatures does not include blood they disappear after you have shot them. An apocalypse is happening so you have to shoot these shadow like creatures. The game is where you are on a train and you have to keep survivors alive by feeding them and giving them medication, in order to keep them alive you have to stop at certain places in order to loot and collect items for yourself and the survivors.
I'm not sure if it happened for anyone else but the age rating has been changed recently on this game to an 18 which I am shocked about.
In my very own opinion, I think this game is okay for 13 year olds and above.
